Where a requirement falls outside our manufacturing or supply scope, we can assess whether selected items can be coordinated through qualified supply partners.

This may include relevant product types, configurations and quantities. Final network engineering, local compliance and installation requirements should be confirmed by you or your local engineering team.
3. Can cable jacket colors, cable markings and packaging be customized?
Customization may be available depending on the product type, order quantity, material availability, production schedule and whether you select stocked or made-to-order products. Please send your color reference, marking content, packaging requirements and target delivery date for review.
4. Can samples be arranged before a volume order?
Yes. Sample availability depends on the product family, required configuration, connector type, quantity and production schedule. Clear application details and specifications help us confirm the most suitable sample arrangement more quickly.
5. Can you provide product datasheets and test documentation?
Yes. For the applicable product and agreed test scope, we can provide available datasheets and relevant test documentation. YingFeng has in-house fiber optic testing capabilities; for qualified project discussions, test videos or remote live verification may also be arranged when timing and test conditions allow.
6. How are minimum order quantities and lead times confirmed?
MOQ and lead time are confirmed after reviewing the product configuration, quantity, customization, material status and requested shipment date. Some standard products may be available from stock, while made-to-order items and peak-season production slots require separate confirmation.
7. What information should I provide for product selection support?
Please share as much of the following information as available: route or cabling type, installation method, span or duct length, fiber count, split ratio, connector type, environmental conditions, target standards, packaging requirements, destination and target delivery date. An existing BOM, drawing, layout or product photo is also helpful.
