Devido \u00e0 estrutura de v\u00e1rias fibras e ao design compacto dos conectores MPO, pequenos desvios dimensionais podem afetar diretamente o alinhamento das fibras e o desempenho geral do conector. Por esse motivo, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes MPO envolve toler\u00e2ncias mais r\u00edgidas, materiais mais est\u00e1veis e requisitos de consist\u00eancia mais elevados.<\/p><p>A nova oficina de componentes MPO est\u00e1 equipada com 15 m\u00e1quinas de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de alta qualidade, dedicadas exclusivamente a pe\u00e7as relacionadas ao MPO. Essa configura\u00e7\u00e3o melhora significativamente a efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e, ao mesmo tempo, garante uma qualidade est\u00e1vel na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de grandes volumes. Ao separar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes MPO dos componentes de conectores convencionais, a YingFeng obt\u00e9m melhor estabilidade de processo e controle de lote mais consistente.<\/p><p>Essa nova oficina reflete o investimento cont\u00ednuo da YingFeng em fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de precis\u00e3o e especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em componentes MPO.
