Due to the multi-fiber structure and compact design of MPO connectors, small dimensional deviations can directly affect fiber alignment and overall connector performance. For this reason, MPO component production involves tighter tolerances, more stable materials, and higher consistency requirements.<\/p><p>The new MPO components workshop is equipped with 15 high-end injection molding machines, dedicated exclusively to MPO-related parts. This setup significantly improves production efficiency while ensuring stable quality across large-volume manufacturing. By separating MPO component production from conventional connector components, YingFeng achieves better process stability and more consistent batch control.<\/p><p>This new workshop reflects YingFeng\u2019s continued investment in precision manufacturing and MPO component expertise.
