En raison de la structure multifibre et de la conception compacte des connecteurs MPO, de petits \u00e9carts dimensionnels peuvent directement affecter l'alignement des fibres et les performances globales du connecteur. C'est pourquoi la production de composants MPO implique des tol\u00e9rances plus strictes, des mat\u00e9riaux plus stables et des exigences de coh\u00e9rence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Le nouvel atelier de composants MPO est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de 15 machines de moulage par injection haut de gamme, d\u00e9di\u00e9es exclusivement aux pi\u00e8ces li\u00e9es au MPO. Cette configuration am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la production tout en garantissant une qualit\u00e9 stable pour la fabrication en grande s\u00e9rie. En s\u00e9parant la production de composants MPO de celle des composants de connecteurs conventionnels, YingFeng obtient une meilleure stabilit\u00e9 des processus et un contr\u00f4le plus coh\u00e9rent des lots.<\/p><p>Ce nouvel atelier t\u00e9moigne de l'investissement continu de YingFeng dans la fabrication de pr\u00e9cision et son expertise en mati\u00e8re de composants MPO. Il permet un approvisionnement plus fiable, une plus grande capacit\u00e9 de personnalisation et un soutien \u00e0 long terme pour les clients qui ont besoin de composants de connecteurs MPO de haute qualit\u00e9 pour les centres de donn\u00e9es et les applications \u00e0 fibre optique haute densit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01a7bea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01a7bea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2243\"><em><strong>La production se poursuit.
