Debido a la estructura multifibra y al dise\u00f1o compacto de los conectores MPO, las peque\u00f1as desviaciones dimensionales pueden afectar directamente a la alineaci\u00f3n de la fibra y al rendimiento general del conector. Por este motivo, la producci\u00f3n de componentes MPO implica tolerancias m\u00e1s estrictas, materiales m\u00e1s estables y requisitos de consistencia m\u00e1s elevados.<\/p><p>El nuevo taller de componentes MPO est\u00e1 equipado con 15 m\u00e1quinas de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n de alta gama, dedicadas exclusivamente a piezas relacionadas con MPO. Esta configuraci\u00f3n mejora significativamente la eficiencia de la producci\u00f3n y garantiza una calidad estable en la fabricaci\u00f3n de grandes vol\u00famenes. Al separar la producci\u00f3n de componentes MPO de los componentes de conectores convencionales, YingFeng logra una mayor estabilidad en los procesos y un control m\u00e1s consistente de los lotes.<\/p><p>Este nuevo taller refleja la continua inversi\u00f3n de YingFeng en la fabricaci\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n y su experiencia en componentes MPO.
