YingFeng Establishes a New High-Precision MPO Connector Components Workshop
To support the growing demand for high-density fiber optic connectivity, YingFeng has established a new high-precision MPO connector components workshop, dedicated to the production of MPO-related plastic and mechanical parts.
Compared with standard SC or LC connector components, MPO components require higher dimensional accuracy and stricter process control. Due to the multi-fiber structure and compact design of MPO connectors, small dimensional deviations can directly affect fiber alignment and overall connector performance. For this reason, MPO component production involves tighter tolerances, more stable materials, and higher consistency requirements.
The new MPO components workshop is equipped with 15 high-end injection molding machines, dedicated exclusively to MPO-related parts. This setup significantly improves production efficiency while ensuring stable quality across large-volume manufacturing. By separating MPO component production from conventional connector components, YingFeng achieves better process stability and more consistent batch control.
This new workshop reflects YingFeng’s continued investment in precision manufacturing and MPO component expertise. It enables more reliable supply, stronger customization capability, and long-term support for customers requiring high-quality MPO connector components for data center and high-density fiber applications.
